Refund policy

Flowers & Bouquets 

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements are only accepted if there is a quality issue upon delivery. 

  • Claims must be made within 3 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

Plants & Pots 

  • Plants and pots may be returned only if damaged upon delivery. 

  • Claims must be reported within 3 hours with photographic evidence. 

Cancellations 

  • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. 

  • Scheduled orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the delivery date. 

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
