Flowers & Bouquets

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds or replacements are only accepted if there is a quality issue upon delivery.

Claims must be made within 3 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Plants & Pots

Plants and pots may be returned only if damaged upon delivery.

Claims must be reported within 3 hours with photographic evidence.
Cancellations

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

Scheduled orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the delivery date.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
